We now have the first certified raised and harvested USDA Prime graded Beef in the state! This achievement reflects our commitment to quality, responsible farming, and producing exceptional beef for our community. Less than 2 percent of beef graded is awarded the highest grade of Prime. This isn’t a marketing claim. It’s a federal designation earned through rigorous independent grading based on marbling, tenderness, and quality.
